I was nervous because it was my first plastic-surgery consultation, but the overall atmosphere was calm, so I quickly felt comfortable. The consultation director first listened carefully to my facial shape and concerns, and I was impressed that she explained the options available for my current condition step by step instead of unconditionally recommending surgery. The doctor's consultation was also very realistic. Rather than giving me excessive expectations, the doctor clearly explained the possible results and limitations, which actually made me trust the doctor more. I asked many questions, but the doctor answered each one without showing any annoyance, which was good. I also liked that I was not pressured to decide immediately after the consultation. Overall, it was a professional and calm consultation.
