I had surgery two years ago. Since it was my first rhinoplasty, I searched extensively and ultimately chose this clinic because it was said to be well known for implant-free surgery and the price was relatively low compared with other clinics. They spoke confidently about implant-free surgery, and it did seem that way.. Immediately after surgery, I was satisfied with both the shape and height, but I was concerned that my nostrils were still uneven, as they had been even right after surgery. When I asked, they explained that it was because of swelling.. But as time passed, my nose gradually became crooked.. lol... At another clinic, they said the nasal support itself was simply crooked. (My original nose was also crooked in that direction, but only the inside of the septum was deviated; externally it looked fine.) I am currently searching for a clinic for revision surgery.
