Petit Procedure Reviews

Received my third skin booster treatment yesterday

I previously left a review saying my skin texture seemed to improve a little after getting a skin booster, but I ended up going back for one more treatment. I thought of it as taking care of my skin before Chuseok... I do not have any major events coming up, but I figured my skin would be in better condition around then if I had it done a few days beforehand, haha.

I did not know anything about the different types and simply received one after saying I was bothered by how dry and dull my skin felt. Still, after getting it a few times, I can understand why people keep going back.

The first time, the biggest change I noticed was that my skin felt a little smoother after washing my face. My makeup also seemed to apply better than before. This time, I felt that my overall skin condition was less up and down.

I normally look noticeably dull when I do not sleep well or am tired, and there are many days when my makeup looks dry and flaky. These days, even on those days, I feel like it looks a little less noticeable than before. Of course, my skin did not suddenly start shining like porcelain, and my pores did not disappear completely, lol.

It just feels like there are fewer days when I look in the mirror and think, “Why does my skin look so bad today...?” I think that is the most accurate way to describe it, haha.

For me, it looked better the next day to a few days later than immediately after the treatment. After trying it a few times, I also somewhat understand why people choose different types depending on their skin condition and the effects they want.

For now, reducing dryness and smoothing out my skin texture are more important to me, so the one I am getting seems to suit me well. If you expect a dramatic change from one treatment, it might feel underwhelming, but I am more satisfied with my skin condition gradually improving this way, so I plan to get it occasionally for the time being, haha.

I used to wonder why people got skin boosters when there were so many good skincare products, but now I think I understand a little... lol.

For those who have had several treatments, do you usually keep getting the same type? Or is it more effective to switch to a different skin booster from time to time??
