I had wanted breast surgery for a long time, but when I was actually about to do it, I kept thinking, “What if the shape looks strange?” and “What if I get side effects?” So I think I only kept deliberating. Then I decided to really go through with it and did lots of online and in-person research!! I chose Dr. [Doctor A] because I liked him best and got Mentor Xtra implants. My biggest concern after surgery was pain, but there was hardly any pain, which was actually surprising—was I one of the lucky pain-free cases? lol At first my breasts felt slightly heavy, but not so painful that daily life was difficult. I love that cleavage formed, so I secretly look at it whenever I get dressed lol I wore a 70D sports bra, which also made me feel proud haha. I was originally an A cup, so I can definitely feel the difference. Regular bras are about a C cup, and I’m satisfied because they look fuller than I expected. Rather than being completely natural from the start, the shape seemed to settle little by little over about a month. I think they’ll look much more natural with more time lol. Looking back, I worried about every possible thing before surgery, but once I had it done, I gradually adapted during recovery, and now nothing really bothers me in daily life. Most of all, I’m satisfied that the pain was less than expected and that I naturally went from an A cup to a C cup. Having cleavage and seeing my clothes fit differently also feels quietly nice lol. Since I had deliberated so carefully, I was extremely cautious too, but now I’m so satisfied that I almost wonder why I didn’t do it sooner!!
