I am the type whose abdominal fat really does not come off. I tried dieting and exercising, but the belly fat stayed until the end T_TT_T. After deliberating, I had abdominal fat-extraction injections! At first I was nervous because I thought it might hurt, but it was more bearable than expected, and the procedure ended sooner than I expected too lol. Afterwards, I felt some stiffness and throbbing, but it was not bad enough to interfere with daily life. After a few days, the swelling gradually went down, and it was fascinating to see that the line around my stomach looked more defined than before when I put on clothes... It has not fully settled yet, so I need to wait and see, but I do not feel like I did it for nothing! I am especially satisfied because it was an area that would not slim down even with exercise haha. I am going to manage it more carefully with my diet too—does anyone have any meal plans to recommend?? hehe
