I had everything removed a few months ago, but I still have columella pain Before removal, there was septal cartilage in the support, so I could not make a pig nose at all, and the nasal tip was very hard. I removed the implant and the septal cartilage in the support. After removal, my nose became completely natural and much more comfortable. But I still cannot make a pig nose☆ If I scratch the columella, wipe my nose, pick my nose slightly, or wrinkle my nose, it hurts with a sharp twinge It especially hurts as if a nerve is being poked, so I am very worried that some of it may not have been removed When the septal cartilage was in the support, I had none of this pain. I wonder whether this can still happen after several months. Could some of it still be left? Or is it healing?
