While researching online, I found a hospital that could do breast fat grafting with stem cells. Until I went for in-person consultations, it was the hospital I was least sure about, but after consultations at 4 places, I decided on surgery for the reasons below!! 1. At many other hospitals, I often only consulted with the counseling manager, but here the director consulted with me directly. 2. They gave me the most realistic consultation about breast fat grafting without exaggerated advertising. 3. They did not recommend a second surgery. (There was a hospital that tended to encourage a second surgery.) 4. The surgeon is a board-certified plastic surgeon. 5. The breast surgery review photos + liposuction review photos taken in the clinic looked good.

Day of surgery~Day 4: Surgery started at 10, I woke up around 13:00, and I wanted to rest at home quickly, so I left the hospital around 13:30. I got prescriptions for antibiotics/anti-inflammatory medication and went home, but my eyes kept closing like crazy ㅜㅜ (I slightly regretted not just lying down a bit longer haha). As the anesthesia gradually wore off, more than my breasts, my thighs gradually started hurting... a lot. I think bruising in various colors appeared the next day or the day after (mostly yellow bruises). I went back to work from Day 3... (Why did I do that...) I usually drink water like a hippo, but I was scared to go to the bathroom, so I tried not to drink water as much as possible. (It hurt so much every time I sat on the hard toilet seat ㅠㅠ) Day 5~10: I started living in the compression garment from Day 2, and my feet swelled up like elephant feet ㅜㅜ Without the compression garment, the vibration was severe every time I walked, so I definitely wore it. Even while taking antibiotics/anti-inflammatory medication, I would get a mild fever on and off. Every time I lay down and got up, my ribs hurt, so I eventually couldn’t take it and used annual leave on Day 6 to visit the clinic haha. Thankfully, there were no signs of inflammation, and they gave me an antibiotic injection, so I managed well. I had contacted the hospital late, around 12 o’clock, and that day the director had a personal schedule in the afternoon, so I almost couldn’t be seen (my fault for putting it off). But thankfully, I remember being so grateful because they waited as much as they could so I could receive treatment (touched) ㅜㅜ Day 11~now: Maybe because I received CAPS care, all the yellow bruising is gone, and now I’m not scared of the bathroom either!!! haha My thighs are getting better day by day, and the swelling has improved a lot too. My breasts still feel firm to the touch, and as for the size, I’m not sure if the swelling has gone down or if it’s because this is the engraftment period, but they seem to be getting smaller than right after surgery. I’ll need to keep watching, but for now I’m very satisfied ><
