Eye Surgery Reviews@eye-review

Review of consultations I went to here and there over a full 2 years, through the COVID period

First of all, I wasn't like others, thinking, I want my image to change dramatically! As I got older, maybe because the fat above my eyes disappeared, a greasy-looking thick double eyelid kept forming, so before it settled in, I wanted it low and natural. My goal was for it not to change my current image too much. I went around to many hospitals, but I'll organize and leave only the 3 places I kept as final candidates.

Celebrities I used as references for my desired eye shape: Kazuha / Choi Sora

- Apgujeong ㅇㄹㅈ (fruit): single-doctor clinic The doctor was kind. He kindly explained everything from the eye structure to the basics about the line. A good hospital to choose for a first consultation. However, I wanted an inline crease, but he kept talking about an in-out line, so I felt like my opinion wasn't being reflected well. The after-service period is 10 years, which is very striking. But I put it on hold because I couldn't check the before-and-after photo examples, and they said they do many surgeries per day.

- ㅇㅁㄷ (nuts): Director Park At the time, it was the most popular hospital. The doctor was very kind. He kept shaping the line for me and the consultation was sincere, but I couldn't get any feel for the line while looking with a mask on. He tried to reflect my opinion as much as possible, and the doctor was very good. But the hospital was too grand, which felt burdensome, and although I had made a reservation, I just didn't feel certain, so I canceled later.

- ㅇㅇㅂ (100): single-doctor clinic I ultimately chose this place. The doctor was kind, but it was somehow a capitalist kind of kindnessㅋㅋ It may differ depending on the person, but I liked this. No matter what question I asked, he gave a mechanical answer within 3 seconds, which somehow felt comfortable. Excessive kindness feels burdensome, and after being hurt by consultations that were too unfriendly, I liked this sense of distance the most: kind, but with an appropriate wall. Also, the consultant here was the first to catch and tell me that the line I wanted was an inner double eyelid line of about 5 mm, like what men get when they have surgery. That made me like it for a second reason. The part that had kept feeling awkward was because all the directors were setting an inline crease based on a female double eyelid... So after I got home, I searched the hospital blog and looked at it... The photos were so raw that I wondered if there wasn't even one hospital staff member who knew how to use Photoshop;; I felt at ease after seeing truly bad photos that looked completely uneditedㅋㅋ

I thought there may be people like me who are women but still want inner double eyelid surgery, so I'm leaving this consultation review for reference.
