What I personally liked was that they showed me the Botox product before the procedure and opened it right in front of me. I could check which product was being used, and seeing it opened in front of me made me feel a little more reassured about receiving the treatment.
However, I did not feel that the clinic atmosphere or staff response was especially friendly. It was not to the point of feeling uncomfortable because they were rude, but overall it felt like only the minimum formal guidance and consultation were provided.
I was not particularly impressed by the level of friendliness, but I think it could be suitable for people who consider checking the product important.
