The director was kind and answered everything whenever I asked about things I didn’t know or was curious about. The nursing assistants were somewhat rude, but the manager who removed the stitches was kind. The manager was nice too, and here the director proceeds in stages, dividing things into detailed steps. They pulled each eye appropriately so it wouldn’t become a three-white-eye appearance and did it well. But it hurt like hell. I had sedation first, then local anesthesia, and the procedure was done while I was awake; it hurt terribly when they pulled. I had conjunctival edema for 3–4 days and some bruising. They don’t make results flashy here, so I recommend it if you want a natural look. The director is kind. Great.
