Liposuction Reviews

Arm liposuction before and after: 3 months (photo 0)

It has been three months since surgery. My arm line now falls neatly and straight, and my accessory breasts are gone. I am satisfied because I think the surgeon organized the line well within what was possible.

By my standards, my arms are not extremely thin, but people around me ask why I have gotten so thin. My circumference went from 29.5 to 25.5, so the arm line alone shrank by 4 cm. That is incredible. Looking only at my upper body, it is almost like losing 10 kg. I wonder whether losing 10 kg would reduce arm fat this much. I have never lost that much, so I do not know.

After arm liposuction, I lost about 3.5 kg. I cannot lose more than that. T_T My immunity drops, I catch colds, and my body is weak. I started at 170 cm and 61.6 kg, and now I am 58.1 kg. But my arms are thinner now than when I weighed 54 kg. When I was dating, I started at 54 kg and weighed 56 kg at my wedding, haha. I weigh 58 kg now, but my upper body is slimmer.

Now that I am married, I do not want to lose weight down to 54 kg; I am just going to maintain this. Most well-fitting size-55 clothes fit me nicely, and I realized that even if only the upper body changes, the way clothes fit changes too. With a cardigan in autumn, I look even more delicate.

I could not wash for three days after surgery, so having my hair shampooed at a salon was a little inconvenient, but I was not particularly in pain. If you take the prescribed medication properly and endure the compression-garment hell until week two, you are free after that.

I feel good watching my arms change every week. Now that it has been three months, I heard there can still be some hardness until month four; I also still have about 10% lumpiness, so I am continuing aftercare. I had it done at a well-known clinic in the area. If you have more questions, leave a comment~
