I previously had surgery only on the nasal tip using ear cartilage. After that, I underwent revision surgery using diced costal cartilage for the nasal bridge, costal cartilage for the tip, and correction of the area that made my nostril wings look pinched. About two weeks after surgery, discharge began and signs of contracture started to appear Despite having the surgical clinic perform cleaning and treatment, nothing helped much, and instead a depressed scar developed on the right nasal tip. After my nose worsened, I hated meeting people and became very depressed. I needed another surgery, but I thought I might really be ruined if this operation failed, so I visited as many as eight clinics known for good revision surgery. Some of the clinics I consulted said it was definitely possible, but the director at [Clinic A] honestly explained which parts could be resolved through surgery and which would be difficult to improve. I found it more trustworthy that the director clearly discussed both what could and could not be improved. The director also showed me before-and-after photos of people with cases similar to mine. Their aesthetic sense seemed to suit me, so I trusted the director and had the surgery. The overall nasal line seems to have settled into the look I wanted. I am very pleased that the nose that looked strange because of contracture has become a normal shape. The line looks harmonious with my face without being excessively high or obviously operated on, so I like it a lot! In particular, I had even experienced pus and inflammation before revision surgery, so deciding on another operation itself was not easy. When looking for a clinic, I wanted one that would properly assess the condition of my nose, not just its shape. After consulting several places, I ended up having it done at [Clinic B]. The director at [Clinic A] had handled many revision cases, which seems to have been a major factor in my decision. The consultation was very thorough, and the postoperative progress was also carefully monitored. At last, I feel completely free from the stress about my nose. haha I hope the current shape stays this way!
