Before <before surgery>Before <before surgery>After <immediately after surgery>After <one week, splint removal>After <one month!>After <one month!>Phew~ My nose was originally the No. 1 area I disliked. Aside from the fact that, in my eyes, it was an unattractive bulbous nose that I wasn’t satisfied with, it also couldn’t do its job properly... My nose was always tired unless it was summer ㅜㅜㅜ At night, no matter which direction I lay down, you could basically say my nose would get blocked within 40 minutes, and in winter it just felt constantly blocked... I’d even lose my appetite. As anyone with rhinitis knows, in spring my nose would itch so badly it drove me crazy, and although I didn’t know it myself, thanks to my friends around me, I found out that I often snored while sleeping.
Anyway... there were so many reasons I needed surgery, so if I was going to do it, even if I couldn’t get a doll-like nose, I wanted the shape to be refined to some extent and for breathing in and out to be problem-free!
Human desire really makes you search even harder, so I did spend a lot of time researching online hahaㅋㅋㅋ The surgery was done by Director Kim Jun-oh at Selfie Plastic Surgery, and when I was looking around, his style suited the phrase “a natural yet glamorous nose” the best, so I had a consultation and then surgery there. For materials, septal cartilage, ear cartilage, and donated costal cartilage were used, giving it a slightly glamorous feel without being excessive. It’s been about a month now, and my short bulbous nose has changed this smoothly, so I’m very satisfied. I want to take good care of it for the remaining period and quickly see how it looks once the residual swelling goes down!
