The clinic had a clean, organized atmosphere as soon as I entered, so my first impression was good. The staff were also quite kind and left a positive impression. I was nervous because I went for a revision-surgery consultation, but I liked how the doctor carefully checked the problems from my previous surgery as well. The doctor clearly explained which direction would suit me better based on my facial proportions, and explained everything in easy-to-understand terms without overusing difficult medical terminology, so I could ask many questions without feeling pressured. Above all, I was satisfied because I felt the doctor listened carefully and made me feel comfortable. I had been very worried because it was revision surgery, but after the consultation, I felt a little more courageous.
