There is a 10% cosmetic VAT, plus a separate 10% VAT for selecting the representative doctor. I heard this was a popular place for lip filler, so I went, but the cost was fairly high. Still, it was not the obviously lumpy type of lip filler; the director has excellent aesthetic judgment, so I did not regret the representative-doctor fee. They also did the touch-up well, although the place does feel somewhat factory-like. I was still satisfied because they also provided Botox during the touch-up. The result was subtle and natural, and people around me said it looked pretty, so I want to continue getting lip filler here. I also had no bruising, which was nice. However, there was an employee who seemed to be Vietnamese and spoke Korean awkwardly. It was difficult to understand what they said, and their behavior seemed inexperienced.
