Before/after review of buried-suture double eyelid surgery + ptosis correction + non-incisional lower/lateral canthoplasty
I originally had no plans for double eyelid surgery, but after getting forehead filler and Botox, I could barely open my eyes, so I realized that I had been using a lot of forehead strength whenever I opened my eyes. From then on, I thought I needed double eyelid surgery. While looking up double eyelid surgery for monolids, I happened to see a YouTube video where Director Kim Do-hoon was explaining it, and that’s how I found out about To Be Plastic Surgery.
Honestly, from that point on I thought I should do it here, but I was curious about other clinics and what they could offer, so I had consultations at several other clinics too. The things I considered most important when consulting at multiple clinics were how much I trusted the surgeon, how meticulous they seemed, and the atmosphere inside the clinic.
As a result, the director at To Be Plastic Surgery, where I had my first consultation, explained in detail what shape my eyes were, how they could be improved, and what kind of result I could expect, so I felt the most drawn to this place and decided to have it done here.
After surgery today, the swelling is much less severe than I expected, and the director, consultant, and all the staff at the clinic guided me and cared for me so kindly that I’m resting with peace of mind and in a good mood.
I’m rewatching the post-op precautions video on To Be Plastic Surgery’s YouTube and trying to follow it.
My eyes got much bigger than I expected, so I’m really excited to see how they settle once the swelling goes down.
