I have L-shaped silicone in my nose, so I’m scared and looking into revision surgery. Currently, I don’t have any particular problems. Should I go to one of the top 3 places for removal?!? Or should I go to a place that’s good at revision surgery?! I’m mainly worried about just the nasal tip without silicone, but I’ve also heard silicone can be safe, so I’m debating whether to put it in or not. ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
