I’ve had nostril reduction, a columellar support strut using septal cartilage, and cartilage layering on top with septal cartilage, but I don’t have silicone! I’m planning to remove everything from the nasal tip. It’s been about 1 year and 2 months since my first surgery, and all the clinics I consulted said that if I remove everything, it will go back to my original nose. But nostril reduction doesn’t go back, so I can’t predict what the shape will beㅠㅠ Will it look like my original nose but with nostril reduction? Is there anyone who had nose removal after nostril reduction? Please share what the shape was likeㅜㅜ I’m so stressed..

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
