Eye and nose consultation-hopping review (ㅈㅇㅈㅇ, ㅌㅌㅇ, ㅇㅁㄹ, ㄴㅅㅎ)

I went to a total of 8 places (ㅈㅇㅈ, ㅅㅋㄹ, ㅈㅇㅈㅇ, ㅁㅂ, ㅌㅌㅇ, ㄹㅂ, ㅇㅁㄹ, ㄴㅅㅎ) and narrowed them down to 4... I'm reall~~~y struggling over which of these 4 to choose for surgery..ㅠㅠ Please read my consultation-hopping review and give me advice...! First, my eyes have no fat, so they are sunken, and my skin is thin. If I open my eyes forcefully, a double eyelid appears! For my nose, I do have a bridge, but the nasal tip is blunt, so it looks round. (From the front, it feels like Mario's nose..) I had never cared about a hump my whole life, and I only found out I had a dorsal hump while going around for consultations.. I tend to pursue a natural image! For reference, the person I think is the prettiest is someone like Yu Aoi!!! ㅈㅇㅈㅇ Director ㄱㅇㅇ (eyes) / Director ㄱㄷㅈ (nose) Eyes: natural adhesion double eyelid + upper epicanthoplasty + non-incisional ptosis correction + fat grafting (sunken eyes) Nose: slight dorsal hump shaving + nasal tip cartilage tying + use of ear cartilage/septal cartilage/donated costal cartilage for the nasal tip (if needed) Honestly, I'm most drawn to this place.. (the clinic atmosphere + the director was meticulous, kind, and sweet, so I really liked them + honestly, I even liked the clinic name from the start lol) Other places said my eyes are sunken, but there is no need to do fat grafting right now and it wouldn't be too late to do it later, but only here they firmly said I must do fat grafting, otherwise it would come undone quickly. So if I do it here, I think I absolutely have to do the fat grafting.. Pros - The director is really delicate and meticulous, and sets the line well Cons - I don't really want fat grafting for my eyes.. but they said if I don't do it, it will come undone, so it would be best to definitely do it, and I'm deeply thinking about it.. I wasn't particularly drawn to the eye photo reviews. Price range - low 6 million won - ㅌㅌㅇ Director ㅈㅇㅈ Eyes: natural adhesion double eyelid + upper epicanthoplasty + non-incisional ptosis correction Nose: dorsal hump shaving + nasal tip cartilage tying + ear cartilage/septal cartilage for the nasal tip (They said if the hump is left alone, the standard for how much the nasal tip needs to be raised becomes higher, so it would be better to shave it. I had a CT scan, and they said my septal cartilage is large, so donated costal cartilage probably won't be needed.) Pros - They set both the eye and nose lines well, and the photo reviews are pretty decent Cons - When I look through several apps, there are private comments, so I'm worried there may be a lot of negative things.. I want to know the content too, but no one tells me...ㅠㅠ Strong pressure to book on the same day. Price range - mid 5 million won (with review + same-day booking; when I said I didn't want to write a review, they said I didn't have to write one and that they would give me this price as long as I booked that day. When I said I could have surgery right away next week, I think they wanted to lock in the booking immediately. They said everyone only wants to have surgery during Chuseok and people don't really want to do it before Chuseok, so they would give me a discount if I did it then.) - ㅇㅁㄹ Director ㄷㅇㄹ Eyes: natural adhesion double eyelid + upper epicanthoplasty + non-incisional ptosis correction (They said if I do medial epicanthoplasty, my eyes would look too close together, so I should only do upper epicanthoplasty) Nose: nasal tip fat removal + cartilage tying + ear cartilage/septal cartilage augmentation (The only place that said I didn't need to shave the hump. They said if there is too little hump, it looks artificial, which is not good. >> I was really surprised because it matched what I had thought.) Overall, they seem to pursue a natural look Pros - The director's aesthetic sense is a perfect match for mine. (The point that if there is too little hump it looks artificial, and the point that because the outer part of my eyes is short, a thicker double-eyelid line toward the outer side would be good), and I really like the photo reviews. Cons - The price is insane; the price difference from other places is enormous, to the point that I thought I might as well get double-eyelid surgery one more time for this money. It felt like a factory-style clinic. The waiting time was a record-breaking 1 hour and 30 minutes, so I feel like I wouldn't even be able to see the director after surgery. Even the consultant looked busy, so I felt like I couldn't ask questions.. Price range: high 7 million won - ㄴㅅㅎ Director ㄴㅅㅎ Eyes: natural adhesion double eyelid + ptosis correction They said upper epicanthoplasty and medial epicanthoplasty are optional Nose: shave the dorsal hump (no need to cover anything separately over it) and only tie the nasal tip cartilages, then done (they said it seems unnecessary to place cartilage or anything like that on the nasal tip) The clinic has a family-like feel. The consultant is friendly. The director seemed very confident in their skills. So I think they may have their own firm preferences. Slightly firm and chic, but also kind. It seemed like they perform surgery only to the minimum extent. Pros: The consultant and director said they pursue a natural look. The photo reviews weren't bad. Cons: I felt like they didn't really listen to me and might have their own fixed preferences. Also, they were the only place that said not to put anything on the nasal tip and just tie the cartilage, so I wonder whether the effect will show well. My nose is on the thicker side, so I'm not sure whether it will improve well with cartilage tying alone. Price range - mid-to-high 5 million won / low-to-mid 6 million won if canthoplasty is done This is the biggest dilemma of my life.. If it were you, where do you think you would go???
