I'm thinking of having my third nose surgery. Right now my nostrils are uneven, and the nasal tip is crooked. But I'm worried about pleura and general anesthesia. Donor rib cartilage... Ah... I'm worried whether I really have to go this far. Since I only had the nasal tip done, I feel like if the crookedness is corrected, the nostrils might look okay too. Or I also want to take everything out and live with my own nose, but they say I can't because there would be empty space... At the consultation hospital, they said they would use donor rib cartilage. They said the nostrils might not turn out well. Please let me know some revision rhinoplasty hospitals. I'm desperate. I think this will be the last timeㅜ
