In my first surgery, my eyes didn’t need ptosis correction, but they did it anyway + made a high, strong double eyelid. In my second surgery, I had the ptosis correction released + the double eyelid lowered. After that, only traces of the double eyelid were left, and one eye became all crinkly, so I’m considering revision surgery. I’ve seen cases where they lower or raise the line completely, but I don’t seem to see many cases like sausage eyelids - no double eyelid - considering revision. One of my eyes already doesn’t close all the way, so if I get revision surgery, I think I’d need the two-line technique, but since it’s not about lowering the line, I’m not sure if it’s possible.
