I went to a mix of one-doctor eye-specialty clinics and large hospitals But the one-doctor clinics actually recommended more surgeries than the large hospitals At the one-doctor clinics, they said I needed things like double-line excision and skin excision (cutting out skin), but at the large hospitals they said I didn't need such major surgeries and that just an incisional double eyelid surgery would be enough So I had been viewing large hospitals negatively, but now I'm actually more drawn to the large hospitals...
