I'm posting this very late, but I hope everyone who contacted me in the meantime finished their surgeries safely. I kept thinking I should write a review, but once the surgery was over and went well, I got lazy..
The link above was my review right after surgery. Once that period passes, there really isn't much. It's the same.
The photo is one I brought for comparison when I last visited the hospital at the 6-month mark. It was taken by the hospital. (No filter, no retouching or anything like that) If you saw my first post, you'll know, but even in the photos, the symmetry is not perfectly matched. Still, I'm satisfied haha I've never had two-jaw surgery, but considering cost, management, side effects, risks, etc., I think facial contouring may be better than two-jaw surgery.

Someone asked about how long I wore the compression band. About a month? Maybe..? I don't remember. I think you can just do as the hospital tells you. I still vividly remember the feeling when wearing the compression band, like my cheek fat and chin fat were going to slide down.. When taking off the compression band, that feeling of the flesh sagging was, ugh..
For the cost, please ask through a hospital consultation. I'm not the hospital manager, so it's hard for me to say.
As for the recovery period, if your job doesn't involve much talking, 1 week. If your job involves a lot of talking, you need 2 to 3 weeks of recovery. Words don't come out because you're so swollen.
The stitches are placed inside the lip. (Between the gums and the lip, the spot where there is a tattoo inside the lip if you look at Black Panther.)
I think you really need to be careful during the recovery period. I went to a ski resort, fooled around, fell, and hit my chin, and I was so scared.. I went to the hospital and got checked, and they said there was no problem. Shudder. Whether I was lucky or they did it very sturdily, anyway, it healed well.
You may be curious about side effects... There are none. If I really had to look for something to mention... The front of the chin (walnut-shaped area?) They said that area takes about 1 year to recover more than 90%, and it's been about 10 months, but I think it has recovered about 70 or 80? Other than that, there's nothing to say.
