My cheekbones do not protrude that much from the side, but they protrude a lot from the front, so I am deliberating over whether to have cheekbone surgery. Other than the cheekbones, should I do my nose, jaw, or something else? Or do I not really need anything? I am deliberating because I do not like my overall facial shape.
