The nose where I had silicone implanted developed capsular contracture, causing the nostrils to turn upward and the asymmetry to worsen. I consulted about revision surgery for October, but I am deliberating because the doctors have very different styles.. Silicone removal, dorsal augmentation with dermis, and the nasal tip with ear cartilage and autologous costal cartilage. I do not want a high nose and will make it as natural as possible. Please check whether there are any blacklisted issues.
