It's a little embarrassing to say this myself, but I have a fairly good height-to-weight ratio and I do take decent care of myself. Still, I am the type who stores fat around the chin, so I struggled with a double chin every time. I became interested after seeing Instagram Reels and had a treatment, and the effect was unbelievably good, so I am posting this to show it off.
