2018 first lateral canthoplasty / C-shaped scar tissue 2022 revision lateral canthoplasty / less than the first surgery, but still C-shaped scar tissue I’m planning to do it one last time this time.
But I’m also concerned about my under-eyes becoming hollow, so I’m thinking of doing lower blepharoplasty fat repositioning too.. When I had a consultation at S*S, they said I don’t need under-eye fat repositioning and need fat grafting instead. But with fat grafting, isn’t there a chance of calcification or unevenness and things like that? I’m scared.
Going back to the beginning, if I have to do only one of lateral canthoplasty reconstruction or lower blepharoplasty fat repositioning, which should I do first? And is there anyone who has only had under-eye fat grafting? I want to hear reviews.
