I had my second revision nose surgery at Kobijou last week. Honestly, all of last week after surgery was so hard I thought I might die, but now I'm much better But after being stuck at home for days on end, I'm so bored I could die On top of that, the weather has gotten cold, so I can't even go for walks right now. Is everyone who had surgery around now taking walks..? Or are you just stuck at home like me, doing warm compresses nonstop? I keep looking it up, and people say walking is the answer for swelling, so I feel like I should do it, but it's cold and I can't bring myself to go out
Also, when I go to get the splint removed, I was planning to bundle up completely, take a taxi there, and take a taxi back, but I'm also wondering if I should just take public transportation then as a way to walk a bit.. Anyway, if anyone here has had surgery recently, please comment.
