As the title says, is there anywhere in Busan that is good at under-eye fat repositioning? I’m wondering whether I really need to go all the way up to Seoul for it. If anyone has personally had under-eye fat repositioning surgery in Busan or knows of a case around them that turned out well, could you please share the info? ㅠㅠ
