How are the reviews for the director? I like it so much that I want to get it done, but I really want to hear reviews from people who actually had it done. I’m thinking of doing it with autologous rib cartilage, but how is the pain from autologous rib cartilage? Will it hurt a lot? And does Megaderm have a high absorption rate? I have so many questions that I ended up rambling. I’m so nervousㅠ
