Is there a difference between partial lower blepharoplasty and just regular lower blepharoplasty? I was wondering if partial means an incision? And whether the area is smaller. If I’m getting it done for my parents, less scarring would be better, so I end up looking mostly for things like mini lower blepharoplasty or partial lower blepharoplasty. It seems like there are a lot of clinics such as Dr. Bon, Oskin, and Cheotbeonjjae, but I don’t know how I should look into it..
