Eye Re-Surgery@eye-redo

What would be good to fix with eyes like these?

I'm planning to get a consultation, but I'm also curious about everyone's opinions! My eyes are protruding, and the length from side to side is sufficient, so I don't really want to do any canthoplasty. I feel like I'd have to do it if I wanted very dramatic eyes, but I just want natural-looking eyes. I originally had double eyelids, but they kept coming undone, so I would open my eyes wide. 10 years ago, I just had non-incisional double eyelid surgery along the existing line, and my left eye became an inline crease while my right eye became an in-out crease. It's a subtle difference, but because of that, my left eye looks sharper/more fierce. I don't think there are any issues with my eye-opening strength or the amount of iris exposure, so I don't think I particularly need ptosis correction, but I want my eyes to look a bit gentler. Right now I look a bit tired.. In that case, would I need ptosis correction + raising the crease line? I don't have a lot of eyelid fat, but the distance between my eyebrows and eyes is on the longer side, and on the left inline side, when viewed from the side, the upper skin completely covers the double eyelid crease. If you have any recommended methods or clinics, please let me know. Thank you!
