Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

Please take a look at my revision rhinoplasty list~

My nose was originally very small and low, and now it’s been about 10 years since my first surgery and the tip has lifted, so I made a list for revision surgery.

For now, I’m looking into lowering the nasal bridge and carefully shaping the nasal tip so it looks pretty, and going in a natural direction. My skin is on the thin side, so I also need reinforcement.

1. 431 Director Kim: The consultation wasn’t very long, but they said that when taking ear cartilage, they would also take ear fascia(?) together and place it over the nasal tip.

2. ㄱㅅ Director Gok: He examined me in detail and explained things well, and said I should focus on a natural direction. He said he would use ear cartilage and place AlloDerm over it. The cost is the most expensive.

3. ㄱㅇㅈ: Nasal bridge fascia, pretty correction of the nasal tip. But since my nose is originally so small and low, I feel like if it’s only reinforced with fascia, my nose might look like it disappeared.

--- I also heard ㅇㄷ ㅇㅇㅇ does natural lines, so I wanted to get a consultation there too, but the schedule didn’t work out, so I couldn’t go.. Does anyone know how ㅇㄷ ㅇㅇㅇ is?

Rather than something flashy, I want to make a natural and pretty line that harmonizes with my whole face. And I’m curious about places that are good at lowering the nostril rim while making the nasal tip pretty. Is there a hospital that fits this? If there’s anywhere mentioned above that I should skip, please let me know~
