The photo was taken with the front camera, so it looks a bit less severe, but when I take it with the rear camera or the lighting hits wrong, the under-eye nasolabial-like lines stand out more clearly.
I’m in my early 20s, and since I was very young I’ve had fairly noticeable dark areas like under-eye folds? so it has been stressful. I had a consultation at a clinic, and they said I don’t have that much under-eye fat, but the under-eye trough area and the anterior cheekbone area are somewhat hollow, so they recommended under-eye fat repositioning + fat grafting to the front cheek.
I wanted to fix my complex before going out for practicum, so I already paid a deposit and left. I went in a rush and only looked up under-eye fat repositioning, without properly looking into fat grafting, but after seeing reviews in this community and other forums, I’m worried because fat grafting around the under-eye area seems to have more side effects than I expected.
I’m debating whether to just ask them to leave out the fat grafting and only do the under-eye fat repositioning, or whether to just cancel the surgery. What would everyone do?
