I got revision surgery last Friday, and somehow it feels like the swelling is getting worse,, They told me to walk even for an hour a day, but it’s so hot that I can’t even bring myself to do it,, I’m just stretching at home, so is that why the swelling is going down slowly,,??? I don’t think the swelling was this bad with my first surgery,, If there are any teas to drink or anything that helps swelling go down quickly, please recommend some,,
