I wondered if the reason my bulbous nose still looked bulbous might be because of not doing alar reduction, so while going around for revision surgery consultations, I asked about this and that, but more doctors said I didn’t need it..ㅠㅠ They said I needed to slim and gather the nasal tip + correct the drooping at the tip too, and recommended costal cartilage. After comparing the director’s consultation details, the recommended materials, and before-and-after photos (especially the nasal tip shape), I put down a deposit at ㄹㅅㅌ. I had to choose from the open appointment times excluding the days when I already had plans, and I wanted to have surgery in the morning if possible, so while deciding on a date, I ended up scheduling it for the middle of next monthㅠㅠ Since I’d decided, I wanted to get it done quickly, so that’s a shame.. For those who had surgery with autologous costal cartilage, how was your rib pain?ㅠㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
