I had eye revision surgery with the buried-suture method a few years ago, and because I didn’t get medial epicanthoplasty, it got buried. My eyelids are thin, the distance between my eyes is wide, and I have small, clam-like eyes and sunken eyes. When my skin gets injured, the scar doesn’t go away and tends to remain, so I want to do it again with a non-incisional method or buried-suture method. I went to consultations at several places, but only one place said they could do it again non-incisionally, and it felt like a factory, so I’m holding off. The other 3 places all recommended incision. One place mentioned incision, medial epicanthoplasty, upper epicanthoplasty, and ptosis correction, but I heard canthoplasty and ptosis correction have many side effects, so I’m worriedㅜㅜ Ptosis correction seemed to show the most side effects... I’m worried whether I should just do medial epicanthoplasty and incision, or also do upper epicanthoplasty, making 3 procedures, or include ptosis correction too. Would it be better to do all 4? Or should I just do medial epicanthoplasty, upper epicanthoplasty, and incision?

I had lower canthoplasty 5 years ago with a non-incisional method (periosteal fixation). Now mine has closed back up. This time I'm planning to do lateral/lower canthoplasty with an incisional method, but the price goes way up for revision

Eye Re-Surgery@eye-redoNov 1 What’s the problem here?
I had a revision with the buried-suture method, but the line feels like it has dropped too much compared with the beginning, so I compared it with photos from week 2. As the swelling went down, my upper eyelid stayed the same, so because of
