When I had my first surgery, I had natural double eyelids to begin with, and when I turned 40 they became loose, so I went to make them look clearer. The director said with his own mouth that he would make them natural, so I trusted him and lay down on the operating table according to the design, but he turned me into a toad. Back then, I visited a community a lot, got information, and was comforted too. The hellish 6 months have passed. I became able to get revision surgery.
Now I’ll write my revision surgery review. My natural eyes were pretty okay in their own way, but the first surgery was ruined, so I really looked into revision surgery quite a lot.
1. It had to be a clinic with one director (because of responsibility and sense of duty) 2. They had to be good at the double-line technique and specialize in it (the area between my brow bone/upper eyelid mound and eyelid crease was originally on the wider side; after the first surgery it became narrow, so I realized how important that area is) 3. They had to be able to lower my line a lot from my current line 4. No ptosis correction for the revision surgery (my eyes had perfectly good eye-opening strength, but the first surgery included ptosis correction, so it was uncomfortable every time I opened my eyes upward) This part was decisive. Most double-line technique surgeries are done together with ptosis correction.
My final choice was that clinic, and it satisfied all the conditions listed above. The fact that there was almost no swelling right after surgery was so amazing it was shocking. Seriously incredible.

The director was really meticulous and serious throughout the surgery. The doctor from my first surgery must have thought I was unconscious, because he chatted a lot with the nurse and only told me to open my eyes once. The doctor at this clinic seemed to tell me to open my eyes about 10 times.
For my revision surgery, even after I went around Sinsa and Gangnam, no place told me not to do revision surgery after only 6 months, but here both the consultant and the doctor tried to stop me. They told me to hold out for just 6 more months. That made me feel that their mindset toward surgery was safety-first and responsibility-first. I said I couldn’t live like this and insisted that they do it no matter what, and the surgery went well, so it ended as a relief for both sides. It’s already a hospital that always has more than enough patients, so I don’t particularly need to promote it, but if you really feel like you can’t live like I did, try going to that clinic!
