Before I had cosmetic surgery in February this year, I had a hump nose. My nose looked big, and because of the hump, I looked stubborn too, and I personally felt frustrated and stressed about it. So I had the hump shaved down and an osteotomy, but one side went in too much, so it became an over-osteotomy. I think I’ll need to have it restored. And there’s swelling and hardness around the nasal ala. What could this be? It won’t go away. I don’t think the director did the surgery carelessly and failed to remove something like residual material, but it seems like scar tissue, and it’s not disappearing, you know? Do I need to go to a hospital that specializes in scar tissue removal for this? Will it go down if I wait? I’m so stressed... Compared to when I had the hump nose before, I have more changes in facial expression now, and it’s good that I’ve come to understand the atmosphere and feeling of my face, but because one side of my nose was over-osteotomized, I kind of look like an idiot, so I’m stressedㅡㅡ A professor at a university hospital told me not to do osteotomy restoration because it’s difficult, so I’m thinking maybe I should at least cosmetically fill the sunken area with costal cartilage...
