I did not get it done here, but the older women at my company all got fat grafting here as a group. Two of them did it first, and interestingly, the younger-looking one with a very small face showed it a lot, while the one with the larger face did not look obvious unless she said so, lol. It has not been long since the second round, and seeing that the two of them are making additional reservations, it seems they are satisfied, so I plan to go too.
