I heard it’s not recommended because of warping, but is that only when it’s used as one whole piece?? If I don’t have any aversion to silicone, is there no real need to use autologous rib cartilage all the way up to the nasal bridge?ㅠ For now, I’m thinking of autologous rib cartilage for the nasal tip, so I’m looking at hospitals like Weverse, Last, OM, etc.. Revision rhinoplasty and revision breast surgery too.. They’re all surgeries that can cost from several million won to over ten million won, so I’m worried...ㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
