Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

No Implant After Silicone Removal (Previous Hump Nose)

I had a hump nose, so 13 years ago they slightly shaved the bone and covered it with silicone, but now that more than 10 years have passed, my skin has become thinner, and because the silicone is pressing on the skin, they say the cartilage inside my nose is also starting to protrude. So I’m getting consultations to remove the silicone and only rework the nasal tip, but since they can’t know how much was shaved during the first surgery, they say they’ll only know the condition after opening the noseㅠ I really don’t want to put silicone back in because of side effects, but if the condition is bad, they say I may have to put in even a very thin layerㅠㅠ It feels hopeless. This is why I think with plastic surgery, you really have to be cautious, study a lot, and go to many consultations. The first surgery is truly important.ㅠ Since I only looked into it roughly before doing it, the result wasn’t good, it costs more money, and the hardship is no jokeㅜ
