They say that if you have rhinoplasty with ear cartilage, the nose droops. Does everyone’s nose definitely droop?? Is there no way it won’t droop? If it’s not different case by case and it’s really inevitable, around when does it start drooping? I don’t want revision surgery If anyone has had it done, please tell me If you use autologous costal cartilage or donated costal cartilage, does it not droop??
