After going to several places, I finally decided to choose one of these two, but I’m so torn that I’m posting! For now, I’m planning to change from an outline → an in-outline, and I want to have surgery to lower the crease line.

The director was really full of confidence, and after looking at the eye photos I wanted, said it could definitely be done. It would be done with double-line excision, and they recommended epicanthoplasty. The reason was that if I change from an outfold to an infold, it could look stuffy, so if they slightly open the front/upper inner corner, it would look less stuffy, and they said the epicanthoplasty scar from my first double-eyelid surgery would also no longer be visible. But I’m still thinking about the epicanthoplasty.. I probably won’t do it. They said that since it’s double-line excision, scars will remain. When I said I was worried, they said they could do it well, were really confident, and told me not to worry.

They recommended double-line excision because I don’t have much eyelid skin laxity. Because of the epicanthoplasty scar, they said I need epicanthoplasty restoration to make it an in-outline. After looking at the eye photos I wanted, they said it seemed possible, but said that if they make the front as inline as much as I want, it would look stuffy, so they would only tuck it in slightly. They said if I get epicanthoplasty restoration, there will be a wound at the front of the eye, but it will disappear over time. Here too, since it’s double-line excision, scars will remain.
