I had hump-nose surgery 13 years ago, but my nose looks long. What stresses me out the most is the severe arrow-shaped nose when I smile I want revision surgery just so it does not become an arrow-shaped nose when I smile. Is this a simple surgery? I am an older woman now, so I am not hoping for anything major If I had found this site earlier, it would have helped a lot with the surgery I recently had too, but I found it late and it is so frustrating
