I had a consultation at ㅇㅇㅌ Plastic Surgery and called to schedule surgery, but the manager's attitude was awful. The amount she first wrote down and the amount she wrote down when I tried to schedule the surgery were different, and the price kept changing. When I asked if they could adjust the price a bit, she said irritably over the phone that she had already talked about it several times, got annoyed and sensitive, and her attitude was so rude that the hospital's image became completely bad to me. It is only natural for a patient to try to adjust the surgery cost before getting surgery. The director was kind, but the rude manager's attitude was the problem. She even just hung up on the patient's call. I had already paid the deposit, but then the hospital contacted me saying they would refund it, and that because I had trouble with the manager, the director would not operate on me. I got the 300,000 won deposit refunded. But then the hospital said they would schedule me again and give me another consultation, so I went there 3 days later. Then they said, "We're sorry, but the director said he cannot operate on you, and the final confirmation came this morning. Please contact us again next time." It is not like they were training a dog. I cannot understand them saying they cannot operate on a patient, and ㅇㅇㅌ Plastic Surgery made me get ready from the morning and come all the way there for nothing. I think it is the worst hospital.
