Dual lower blepharoplasty and under-eye fat repositioning + under-eye fat grafting

I feel like I’ll have to choose one of the two surgeries, but from what I’ve heard, the effects seem similar. If anyone knows, even if not completely precisely, please let me know which one seems better. The information I’ve found so far is below.

1. Dual lower blepharoplasty (some hospitals also call it light lower blepharoplasty; the name varies by hospital) - Through the conjunctiva, under-eye fat is removed, and then after making about a 0.8 cm incision at the outer edge of the eye, the sagging skin is pulled up - In the end, it seems to improve both under-eye fat and wrinkles

2. Under-eye fat repositioning + under-eye fat grafting - This is something everyone knows, but under-eye fat grafting fills in sunken tear troughs or hollow areas to add volume

In conclusion, I’m curious about the actual difference in results between the two surgeries. If dual lower blepharoplasty doesn’t require fat grafting, it seems like that would be the right one to do.
