Are natural adhesion and partial-incision surgical methods similar?

I’m looking up more detailed reviews of the hospital where I booked surgery, and I’m looking under the partial-incision tab, but most of the review content says things like “I got natural adhesion” or “I got buried sutures.” During the consultation too, they actually said that in natural adhesion, they make a few stitches, and if they increase the number of millimeters a bit and stitch, that’s called partial incision. Natural adhesion doesn’t have stitches to remove, right? Partial incision has stitches, right?
