I'm very scared, so I had been living with the failed result, but I don't know what got into me, I thought I should do it next year... So now I've made a total list of 20 places, and after work I'm going around to one at a time for consultations. ㅎㄷㅁㅎ ㅇㅁㄹ ㅌㅇㅅ ㄱㄹㅂ ㅇㅅㅈ ㅇㅇㅌ I've gone to these places so far, and since tomorrow is the weekend, I have consultations booked at several places. So far, everyone says such different things that I think I'll need to do more legwork to figure out what problems doctors commonly point out, and which doctor accurately identifies the problems I think my eyes have.
For reference, except for telling me the price, I really don't feel the need for a consultant/manager, and I don't understand why they bother consulting when they aren't experts and aren't the ones doing the surgery. There are also places where the surgical details the manager says are different from what the doctor says...ㅎ I just let whatever the manager says about surgical methods or types go in one ear and out the other, and I think it's much more productive to listen carefully to what the doctor says and talk about my concerns!
