I had septal cartilage, ear cartilage, and silicone for the nasal bridge. After complete removal, I’m considering only the nasal tip with autologous dermis or fascia behind the ear. The reason I want to do it is that I’m getting slight contracture and my nostrils show, so I want to lower the nasal tip and make it a bit rounder. If anyone has done this, please share reviews or information!! I’m also curious how much gets absorbed.
